1. About aimove
OJ Digital Solutions ('aimove', 'we') is a Swiss-registered company. We operate an online platform that connects customers requiring transport services with verified Swiss transport companies. aimove uses AI technology to analyze items (via photos, videos or form data), generate transport price estimates and connect customers with appropriate partner companies.
-
Platform Role
aimove is a marketplace and technology provider. We are not a transport company and do not employ drivers or moving crews.
-
Transport Partners
The transport service itself is provided by independent third-party companies ('Transport Partners').
-
Payments
aimove does not collect or process transport payments on behalf of Customers; payment for transport services is settled directly between the Customer and the Transport Partner according to the terms they agree upon.
-
Financial Interest
aimove's sole financial interest is the platform commission charged to Transport Partners upon successful booking confirmation.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Use of the platform is subject to the following conditions:
-
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use aimove.
-
Accuracy
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
-
Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your account and the security of your login credentials.
-
Business Accounts
Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative of the company.
-
Account Suspension
aimove reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Conditions for Customers
As a customer, you can submit transport requests by uploading photos, videos or filling in the items form. You can receive AI-generated price estimates and review matching transport companies, confirm a transport booking via the platform, and confirm completion of your transport.
-
Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in a transport request, including addresses, item descriptions, dimensions, weights, declared values and access conditions. Material discrepancies between your submission and the actual items presented for transport may result in price revision or rejection by the Transport Partner, for which aimove assumes no responsibility.
-
Dangerous or High-Value Items
You must declare any dangerous, fragile or high-value items at the time of booking. Failure to declare releases aimove and the Transport Partner from any liability for any resulting loss or damage.
-
Binding Price Acceptance
Price confirmation occurs during your booking session. Once you confirm a price estimate, that price is final and will not be modified at any later stage — it is the exact price that will be presented to Transport Partners and on which the contract will be based. Your confirmation constitutes an irrevocable offer to engage a Transport Partner at this price for the scope of transport as described and confirmed by you during the session. You cannot subsequently reduce the agreed price or scope without the express written consent of the assigned Transport Partner.
-
No Fees Charged by aimove
aimove does not charge any fees to Customers. The platform is free for Customers at all stages of the booking process. Payment for transport services is made directly between you and the Transport Partner according to any payment method agreed between you (such as cash, bank transfer or other). aimove is not a party to this payment agreement and assumes no responsibility for it.
-
Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your booking at any time before providing your final Transport Partner confirmation (Step 6 of the booking confirmation flow) without any charge from aimove. Once you have provided your final confirmation, the transport contract is formed directly between you and the Transport Partner. Any cancellation after this point must be arranged directly with the Transport Partner.
-
Post-Confirmation Responsibilities
Once your final confirmation has been given and the transport contract has been formed between you and the Transport Partner, any change in scope, destination, schedule, items list, payment conditions or any other condition of transport are matters arising exclusively between you and the Transport Partner. aimove is not a party to any post-confirmation modifications and accepts no responsibility for agreements reached, fees incurred or disputes arising between you and the Transport Partner after contract formation.
4. Conditions for Transport Companies
Transport Partners accept the following obligations:
-
Legal Obligations
Maintain all required business licenses, insurance (goods and third-party liability) and certifications for transport services in Switzerland.
-
Accurate Information
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about vehicle capacity, service areas, fleet details and availability.
-
Data Access
Access customer media and data only for the purpose of planning and executing the assigned transport.
-
Professional Service
Perform accepted work in a professional, safe and timely manner.
-
No Platform Circumvention
Do not contact customers outside the aimove platform to negotiate alternative arrangements for work sourced via aimove.
-
Professional Conduct
Maintain professional conduct and minimum service rating as specified in the supplier dashboard.
-
Binding Work Acceptance
By accepting a job offer presented via the aimove platform, you ('Transport Partner') enter into a binding, absolute and irrevocable commitment to perform the transport as described in the job specification at the confirmed price. Acceptance is final. Cancellation of a job confirmed by the Transport Partner is not permitted under any pretext. Failure to perform a confirmed job constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your aimove account, loss of any pending commission credits, and may expose you to direct liability to the Customer.
-
Platform Commission
aimove charges a platform commission exclusively to Transport Partners. The commission becomes due and payable to aimove when the Customer provides their final booking confirmation (Step 6 of the booking confirmation flow). By accepting a job, you expressly acknowledge and accept aimove's right to this commission as of the Customer's final confirmation, regardless of any subsequent events between you and the Customer.
-
Direct Customer Payment
Payment for transport services is collected by you directly from the Customer according to any payment method mutually agreed between you and the Customer (including cash, bank transfer or other). aimove does not process, hold or guarantee Customer payments for transport services. You are solely responsible for the agreement, invoicing and collection of your transport fees from the Customer.
-
Post-Confirmation Direct Contract
Following double confirmation by you and the Customer, the transport contract is formed directly and exclusively between you and the Customer. You are entirely and solely responsible for performing the transport, safeguarding the Customer's goods while in your care, complying with all applicable Swiss transport regulations and resolving any dispute or claim arising from the transport. aimove is not a party to this direct contract and accepts no responsibility for your performance or any dispute arising between you and the Customer after confirmation.
-
Responsibility for Goods
Transport Partners are entirely responsible for any loss or damage to the Customer's goods occurring while in your care. Proof of valid goods and third-party liability insurance must be provided to aimove on request and must remain valid at all times while the Transport Partner is active on the platform.
5. AI Estimation and Pricing
Price estimates generated by AI are based on the information and media you provide during your booking session. They are as accurate as our AI analysis allows. The price confirmed by the Customer at the end of the session is final — it will not change at any later stage and is the price presented to Transport Partners.
-
Multiple Dates
When multiple transport dates are available, different price estimates may be presented for each date. The Customer selects a date and confirms the corresponding price. Choosing a different date may result in a different price.
-
Final and Binding Price
Once the Customer confirms a price during the booking session, that price is final and binding. It cannot be modified by aimove, the Customer or the Transport Partner at any later stage except in the cases provided below.
-
Continuous Improvement
aimove continuously improves the accuracy of AI estimation and is not responsible for differences between indicative estimates shown during the session and the price the Customer ultimately chooses and confirms.
-
Discrepancies Discovered by Partner
If a Transport Partner, after reviewing the confirmed job, identifies material discrepancies between the information submitted by the Customer and the actual transport needs — such as undeclared items, incorrect dimensions or weights, previously undeclared access complications, or items that cannot be legally or safely transported — the Partner may: (a) propose an additional cost adjustment to reflect the actual needs, (b) exclude certain items from the agreed transport scope, or (c) reject the job entirely. The Customer will be informed of any proposed adjustment and may accept or reject it before the booking continues. aimove is not a party to any discrepancy, adjustment, exclusion or rejection raised by a Transport Partner and assumes no responsibility for it.
6. Booking Confirmation Flow and Bilateral Commitments
The aimove booking process is divided into two distinct phases. Phase 1 is completed by the Customer in a single session on the platform within a few minutes. Phase 2 is asynchronous and may take several hours, as it involves notifications on the platform and by email to Transport Partners and back to the Customer.
-
Phase 1 — Customer Session (synchronous, completed in one session)
Step 1 — Data Submission: The Customer submits a transport request by uploading photos, videos or filling in the items form. The Customer warrants that all submitted information is accurate, complete and representative of the actual items to be transported. Step 2 — AI Analysis and Order Review: aimove's AI analyzes the submitted media and data and produces a detailed order summary including identified items, estimated weights, volumes and any relevant observations. The Customer reviews and confirms this order summary. Step 3 — Address, Accessibility and Date Selection: The Customer provides pickup and delivery addresses, any access conditions or restrictions relevant to the transport, and selects preferred transport date and time. Step 4 — Price Estimation and Confirmation (binding): Based on the confirmed order details, addresses and selected date, aimove presents a price estimate. The Customer may confirm or reject this price. If the Customer rejects it, the session ends and no commitment is made. If the Customer confirms the price, that confirmation is binding and final — the confirmed price will not change at any later stage.
-
Phase 2 — Matching and Final Confirmation (asynchronous, may take several hours)
Step 5 — Job Offer to Transport Partners: Following the Customer's price confirmation, aimove presents the confirmed job — including order summary, confirmed price, addresses and transport date — to appropriate Transport Partners. The price confirmed by the Customer is presented to Transport Partners as-is and is not subject to negotiation at this stage. Step 6 — Transport Partner Acceptance (absolute and binding): A Transport Partner reviews the job details and accepts. This acceptance is absolute and irrevocable. The Transport Partner unconditionally commits to performing the transport at the confirmed price. Cancellation by the Transport Partner after this step is not permitted under any pretext and constitutes a material breach of these terms. The Transport Partner can only raise discrepancies or propose adjustments under the conditions set out in the AI Estimation and Pricing section before accepting — acceptance without raising discrepancies constitutes agreement on the confirmed scope and price. Step 7 — Customer Notified and Company Final Confirmation: aimove notifies the Customer (via platform and/or email) that a Transport Partner has accepted. The Customer has the opportunity to review the Partner's profile and ratings before providing final confirmation. This is the last moment the Customer can cancel the booking without any charge from aimove. Step 8 — Contract Formation and Commission Due: Upon final confirmation by the Customer of the corresponding Transport Partner, a legally binding transport contract is formed directly between the Customer and the Transport Partner. aimove's commission becomes immediately due and payable by the Transport Partner. Transport payment is settled directly between the Customer and the Transport Partner according to any method they agree. aimove is not a party to the transport contract from this point onward.
-
Bilateral Commitments
Both parties acknowledge and accept that once Steps 6 and 7 are completed, the Transport Partner can no longer cancel or withdraw under any pretext, and any cancellation initiated by the Customer must be arranged directly with the Transport Partner. aimove does not arbitrate post-confirmation cancellations or refund arrangements and assumes no responsibility for them.
7. Post-Confirmation: Direct Contract and Risk Allocation
Once both the Customer and Transport Partner have completed the confirmation steps described in the booking confirmation flow, aimove's contractual role is limited to that of a commission agent to the Transport Partner. The transport contract is formed directly and exclusively between the Customer and the Transport Partner. aimove is not a party to this contract and assumes no responsibility for its performance, breach, modification, cancellation or any consequences arising from it.
-
Post-Confirmation Risk Allocation
From the moment of double confirmation, the following risks and responsibilities are allocated exclusively between the Customer and the Transport Partner, with no responsibility being imputable to aimove: any change, addition or modification to the agreed scope of transport; loss, theft or damage to the Customer's goods (responsibility of the Transport Partner via mandatory goods insurance); delays, deficiencies in performance or non-performance of the service; any dispute, claim or legal proceeding; post-confirmation cancellations by the Customer and any refund or compensation arrangements agreed between the Customer and the Transport Partner; any renegotiation of price, scope or payment method agreed between the parties after confirmation.
-
Non-Refundable Commission
aimove's commission is earned in full by the Transport Partner's acceptance (Step 5) and becomes due upon the Customer's final confirmation (Step 6). It is non-refundable regardless of any subsequent cancellation, dispute, partial performance or variation. Neither party may seek to recover the commission or request a reduction based on any post-confirmation event.
-
Non-Circumvention
The Customer and Transport Partner expressly undertake not to circumvent aimove's right to commission by cancelling a confirmed booking and reorganizing the same or substantially similar transport outside the platform. Any such circumvention constitutes a material breach of these terms and authorizes aimove to claim its full commission calculated on the confirmed price, plus reasonable legal and enforcement fees, from the offending party or parties.
8. Platform Commission and Fees
aimove does not charge any fees to Customers. The platform is entirely free for Customers. aimove's sole revenue is a platform commission charged exclusively to Transport Partners.
-
Commission Rate
The platform commission rate applicable to each Transport Partner is indicated in their supplier dashboard and in their individual partnership agreement with aimove.
-
Commission Timing
The commission becomes due from the Transport Partner when the Customer provides their final booking confirmation (Step 6 of the booking confirmation flow).
-
Commission Payment
The commission is automatically deducted by aimove directly from the payment method provided by the Transport Partner.
-
No Processing of Customer Payments
aimove does not process, hold or manage Customer payments for transport services. Customers pay Transport Partners directly according to any method agreed between them.
-
Currency and VAT
All commission amounts are denominated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of applicable Swiss VAT.
-
Non-Refundability
aimove's commission is non-refundable once the Customer's final confirmation has been provided, regardless of any subsequent events between the parties, except for aimove's direct fault.
9. Cancellations
-
Cancellation by Transport Partner
Once a Transport Partner has accepted a job (Step 5 of the booking confirmation flow), cancellation is not permitted under any pretext. This is an absolute prohibition. A Transport Partner who fails to perform a confirmed job will be in material breach of these terms and will be subject to immediate suspension or permanent termination of their aimove account, loss of any pending commission credits, and possible direct liability to the Customer.
-
Cancellation by Customer — Before Final Confirmation
Customers may cancel their booking at any time before providing their final confirmation (Step 6) without any charge or penalty from aimove. This includes cancellations made after price acceptance (Step 3) and after Transport Partner acceptance (Step 5). The booking is simply removed and no obligations arise on either side.
-
Cancellation by Customer — After Final Confirmation
Once the Customer has provided their final confirmation (Step 6 completed) and the transport contract has been formed, aimove is no longer involved in the booking relationship. Any cancellation after this point must be arranged directly and exclusively between the Customer and the Transport Partner. The parties are free to agree any cancellation conditions between themselves. The Transport Partner is not required to refund any payment already made or agreed, and any refund or compensation agreed is a matter arising exclusively between the two parties. aimove assumes no responsibility for the outcome of such arrangements.
-
Post-Confirmation Disputes
Disputes concerning quality of transport, damaged goods or incomplete delivery must be raised directly with the Transport Partner. aimove may provide a communication channel on the platform to facilitate this but is neither mediator, arbitrator, nor responsible party in such disputes.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use aimove for:
-
Prohibitions
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent transport requests; upload illegal, offensive or harmful content; circumvent aimove's commission by arranging or rearranging transport directly with a Transport Partner found via aimove; attempt to access, reverse engineer or disrupt aimove's AI systems or platform infrastructure; transport illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons or items prohibited by Swiss law.
11. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

-
Personal Data
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
aimove's role is that of a technological platform and market intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, aimove expressly excludes liability for:
-
Liability Exclusions
Loss or damage to items during transport — this is solely the responsibility of the Transport Partner and is covered by their mandatory goods insurance; delays, deficiencies in performance or non-performance by Transport Partners; differences between AI price estimates and final agreed prices; service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure); any dispute, claim, additional fees, damages or losses arising between the Customer and Transport Partner after double confirmation; the accuracy of information provided by Customers or Transport Partners on the platform; any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or transport services organized through it.
-
Liability Cap
aimove's total aggregate liability to any Transport Partner, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, shall not exceed the total amount of platform commission paid by that Transport Partner to aimove in the 12 months preceding the claim. As aimove charges no fees to Customers, aimove's aggregate liability to any Customer shall not exceed 500 CHF.
-
Mandatory Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Swiss law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct by aimove.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
-
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these terms or use of aimove shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
-
Amicable Resolution
Before engaging in formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us directly to seek amicable resolution.
14. Modification of Terms
